Colorado State Trails Program
Since its establishment in 1971, the Colorado State Trails Program has actively
encouraged the development of a variety of trails. Get ready for adventure and

Medicine Wheel
Medicine Wheel is a pro-active trail work
and advocacy group dedicated to keeping
trails open for all users. We help to
maintain trails for city, state and federal
agencies in the Pikes Peak region, along
with other volunteer groups in the area.
Trails 2000
Trails 2000 is a trail work and trails
advocacy group based in Durango, Colorado.
We focus on enhancing all types of trails for
every trail user group: hike, bike, horse, motors,
kids, seniors, the disabled... you name it.
Wildernet
The Wildernet web site is designed for the
outdoor recreation enthusiast. With over
40,000 activity descriptions on hikes,
campgrounds, bike routes, fishing spots,
jeep roads, scenic drives, ski areas
and more, it is the most comprehensive
site of its kind in the world.
